Media Accreditation Information — Betway Summer Cup

The Betway Summer Cup welcomes accredited media to attend and cover this year’s event. All media professionals, content creators, photographers, and broadcast teams are required to complete the official accreditation process to gain access to race-day media areas and facilities.

Who Can Apply

Accreditation is open to:

Registered media organisations
Freelance journalists & photographers
Broadcasters & production crews
Accredited content creators & racing industry media
Social media and digital racing platforms

Please note: applications will be assessed to ensure media integrity and event security.

Accreditation Benefits

Approved media will receive:

Official media access badge
Access to designated media zones
Paddock, parade ring & media interview access (as permitted)
Access to press working areas & facilities
Official content guidelines and brand materials

Accreditation Requirements

Applicants must provide:

Full name
Organisation / platform details
Samples or links to recent work / relevant publication / platform / etc
Equipment list (if filming or photographing)
Contact number and email
Brief outline of intended coverage

All approved media must adhere to race-day media protocol and instructions from media officials.

Application Process

Complete the media accreditation form
Submit supporting documentation
Await confirmation email
Collect accreditation credentials on-site (date/time to be confirmed)

No media will be permitted without valid accreditation.

Space is limited — early application is encouraged
Drones are strictly prohibited unless written clearance is granted
